This course introduces the end user to Autodesk Vault. The user will learn the vault user interface and basic vault functions. More advanced tools for searching the vault, reusing designs, renaming files, and editing properties are covered as well. Users will also receive best practices for managing file versions, working in a collaborative environment, and organizing files. Vault integration with Autodesk Inventor is the primary focus, but integration with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products are also covered in depth. Upon completing the course, the user will have learned all necessary skills to work effectively in a production Vault environment with other users.
